All NFL..All The Time..And Then Some
Tom Pelissero of USA reports that the NFL Players Association will conduct its own investigation into the way the NFL and the Baltimore Ravens handled the Ray Rice domestic violence case, the union announced Wednesday.
Rice has hired attorney Peter Ginsberg to represent him, which his office confirmed Wednesday to USA TODAY Sports. Ginsberg also represented former New Orleans Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma in the infamous Bountygate scandal.
In my opinion the NFLPA should be investigating both Ray Rice as well as NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, and any other Baltimore Ravens coaching staff and executives aware of the video released before it became publicly known.
Players will never be held accountable correctly if the NFL officials, coaches and even the commissioner are not held accountable for their actions as well. #StriclyNFL
